Pink Cactus Productions partnered with Texas Mutual to design and produce a standout branded space at the Texas Women’s Conference. Built around the TEXAS IN BLOOM theme, the activation celebrated the women who help our state grow - while positioning Texas Mutual at the center of that story through an inviting, high-impact environment and meaningful guest experiences.

From ideation through execution, we transformed Texas Mutual’s footprint into a floral-forward destination featuring oversized floral décor and installations, a curated lounge for connection and rest, a pressed-flower card experience guests could create and take with them, and an oversized floral photo op designed for shareable moments and brand visibility. Every element was crafted to be beautiful, approachable, and strategically built to drive engagement.

The result: a branded experience that became a conference favorite and was recognized as the top-performing activation/booth at the event.
