Austin Symphony Maestro's Dream: The Eclipse

The Austin Symphony annual fundraising gala went galactic in 2024. Maestro's Dream: The Eclipse embodied a vivid dreamscape inspired by the cosmic ballet of the sun and moon’s ecliptic masterpiece. Hues of vibrant blues, purples and deep burgundies with an emphasis on whimsical lighting at play against shimmering and reflective accent pieces create a space reminiscent of the magic in our universe.

The mesmerizing stage backdrop was custom-designed and fabricated,  comprised of LED-lit panels with LED lit cut-outs resembling the phases of the eclipse. The venue will be transformed into a celestial space with purple and blue uplighting and a chandelier crafted from shimmering foil balloons, artistically suspended at varied heights to refract the room's ambient glow.

The assorted floral centerpieces added an extra touch of whimsy,  with playful pops of deep vibrant blues, purples and burgundies tied together with an artistic flair to encompass a celestial celebration.
