Since 2024, we’ve partnered with the Austin Symphony Orchestra Society, Inc. to bring their annual Gala to life—each edition uniquely designed to celebrate the ASO’s mission “to enhance the cultural quality of life for the adults and young people of Austin and Central Texas by providing excellence in music performance and educational programming.”
The Austin Symphony’s 2025 annual fundraising gala whisked guests away to the city that never sleeps with Maestro’s Dream: A Night on the Town—an elegant, immersive tribute to the magic of New York City after dark.

The evening began with a dreamy stroll through a recreated Central Park, complete with vintage lamp posts, lush greenery, and surprise in-the-park performances. Guests then walked the Red Carpet and stepped into an amber-lit ballroom evoking the sophistication of Manhattan’s finest galas. Iconic NYC touches—including a glowing mini Statue of Liberty and a yellow taxi cab photo booth—brought whimsical charm and big-city energy to the space.

As the night unfolded, the gala transformed into a sultry underground jazz club, with moody lighting, stage-side cabaret tables, and live music that filled the room with rhythm and soul. From bold design to flawless execution, this unforgettable evening raised critical funds to support the ASO’s mission of bringing world-class music and youth education programs to Central Texas.

The Austin Symphony annual fundraising gala went galactic in 2024. Maestro's Dream: The Eclipse embodied a vivid dreamscape inspired by the cosmic ballet of the sun and moon’s ecliptic masterpiece. 
 
Not only did the stars align for this event, but the entertainment, decor, fabrication elements, and F&B also came together to create a beautifully crafted, celestial celebration. From aerialists to fire dancers, to live music, the night was epic and a huge success for the Austin Symphony Orchestra to build on their mission to support children’s education and performance programs in the Austin community.
